Ticketing FAQs

  • Where can I buy tickets?
  • Can I buy tickets in person?
  • Do you sell tickets at the door?
  • How do I get my e-tickets?

Download the Goldenvoice Concerts app for iOS or Android. Open the app and sign in to your AXS account under My Tickets using the email you used to purchase your tickets. Scan the QR code at the door.

Your tickets will also be available in the AXS mobile app.

  • I bought a ticket from a 3rd party seller (Craigslist, StubHub, Ebay, etc), how do I know if it's valid?

The El Rey Theatre is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets that were not purchased directly through an authorized sales channel (i.e. AXS.com). For this reason, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers. If a ticket is purchased through a third-party reseller, the El Rey Theatre is not responsible for any fraudulent activity and will not honor invalid tickets.

  • Can I screenshot or print the QR code?

El Rey Theatre only accepts and scans tickets off a mobile device if they are within the Goldenvoice Concerts or AXS mobile app. Screenshots or a printed copy of a mobile QR code will not be accepted.
