Of Verona is a new band project spearheaded by charismatic front woman Mandi Perkins. Of Verona's incendiary music is typified by an edgy sound that incorporates epic intertwining guitars, pulsating drum rhythms and bass grooves that form the foundation for minor-key melodies and brutally honest lyrics. Already a huge favorite among My Space tastemakers (whose 110,000+ friends have given their songs more than 13 million plays) of Verona continues to build a buzz, touring and playing shows for packed audiences across the country. The band is currently working on their debut album to be released in the summer of 2010.

We’d like to personally invite you to try our street food from India. We will be open Monday through Friday from noon to 9pm. If there is a show at the El Rey Theatre we will be open until midnight. We will hold cooking classes once a month, offer free delivery within a two mile radius, and will be available to host private events. KCRW members receive a 10% off discount on
